The Kick and Dicky is an delightfull former country inn with a licensed bar dating from about 1800. It is situated in the hamlet of Wellpond Green near Standon in a peaceful rural setting with panoramic views on all sides of farmland wood and vales. Wellpond Green is only a few miles from both the A10 and the M11 and a 15-20 minute drive to Stanstead Airport.You are assured of a friendly and comfortable welcome from owners Cathy and Frankie. There are five attractive letting rooms all shower-en-suite with Freeview TV and Free WIFI. Windows overlooking rural Hertfordshire at its best.There is a splendid spacious bar and a large light and comfortable restaurant both furnished with specially commissioned tables and chairs. Evening Meals are only available by prior arrangement but there are three pubs serving food a Chinese restaurant within a mile or so.

Take junction 8 exit off the M11 and follow the A120 West for about 8 miles towards Hertford and the A10 turn next left after How Fencing and follow that road for 800 meters and you will find us at junction just on the right
