Hopgarden House is a private spacious contemporary Town House situated in a superb rural location in the village of Lamberhurst overlooking fields down a no-through lane and is ideal for a peaceful break or family activity holiday being close to Bewl Water. If you are on business in Tunbridge Wells or surrounding areas we are conveniently just a few miles drive from town. There is a first floor Lounge overlooking fields exclusively for Guest use with sumptous comfortable leather sofas TV free wireless broadband. There are 3 guest bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 2 being ensuites. Please note the house is on three floors and the ensuite bedrooms are on the top floor. Parking is close by.Lamberhurst has 4 nice pubrestaurants in the village all within walking distance. We are also a good base if visiting National Trust Properties being ideally situated in The Garden of England surrounded by beautiful countryside. Lamberhurst Golf Course is under a mile Scotney Castle and Lamberhurst Vineyard are a 15 minute walk and Bewl Water is a mile away for walking biking trout fishing water sports sailing and outdoor pursuits. We are located 5 miles south from the elegant Georgian Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells with its impressive shopping facilities. 20 minutes from the historic towns of Battle Hastings and 1066 country. Close to all major routes to London and cross channel routes to Europe. Easy access to M25 and 35 minutes from Gatwick Airport.. The property is also available for self-catering breaks short or medium term rental. Check-in: please note check-in time: Monday to Friday 4pm to 10pm Weekends from 2pm. Directions to Hopgarden House Tunbridge Wells

From Gatwick or the M25 take Junction 5 Sevenoaks - Hastings A21 to Tunbridge Wells stay on motorway for a further 5 miles until you see the sign for Lamberhurst at the roundabout take the 3rd exit into Lamberhurst Village B2162 continue past Church Road take the left bend down School Hill into the village until you see a blue CCTV sign on the left 50 yards before the traffic lights take the road on the right Brewer Street go down this road until you come to fields and continue straight ahead in front of the fields which leads into the farmers fields do not bear right into the close Hopgarden House Tunbridge Wells is the 3rd Tall Town house along overlookling the fields with 2 big round bushes at the entrance.Do not rely on your Sat-Nav as due to the by-pass it could take you to the Golf Club - or Church so follow the directions. Parking is on the public road at the top end of Brewer Street near the allotments. Check-in: please note check-in time: Monday to Friday 6pm to 10pm Weekends and weekdays flexible if you let me know time of arrival.
