The Barn which was built in the early 1800's has been tastefully converted to retain much of its original character and contains a wealth of beams and rustic charm.Our bed and breakfast accommodation comprises of two double and one twin double bedroom each with en suite facilities. Tea and coffee making facilities hairdryer and television DVD Freeview in each room. There is a selection of DVDs and books available for your enjoyment.Breakfast is served in our dining room.Whilst evening meals are not provided we live within a pleasant stroll of a local public house that serves good quality pub food or we can recommend other places to eat if you wish.

We are situated about 500metres from the main A31 about 30 minutes from the M27 at Cadnam and approximately 2 miles from Bere Regis.When approaching from Ringwood follow the A31 past Wimborne signposted to Dorchester. Winterborne Zelston is approximately 2 miles from the Roundhouse Roundabout (Junction with A350 Blandford - Poole ). Continue on the A31 and you will drive past a long walled estate on your left which ends at the 40mph sign at Winterborne Zelston. Continue to the Botany Bay Public house.Turn right at the Botany Bay and go into the village.At the bottom of the hill turn right follow the road over the bridge past the church and up to the top of the hill Hilltop Barn is on your right.
