Hill House is a handsome Queen Anne property overlooking the very heart of Dereham town centre. Opened in 2006 by MJB Hotels the building has been transformed into a 22 bedroom luxury hotel. The house dating back to the 1600s once home to local Norfolk dignitaries has been extended and sympathetically restored to accommodate our guests in a stylish yet comfortable environment. In addition to guest bedrooms Hill House also boasts a 60 seater carvery restaurant open daily for lunch and dinner.

Directions to Hill House Hotel East Dereham

Hill House is located in the heart of Dereham. From the A11: Follow all signs towards Norwich until you reach the Thickthorn Services roundabout with the Southern bypass. Take the second exit signposted Swaffham A47. Travel until you see a slip road off to East Dereham. Follow signs to the town centre. Follow the high street through the town until you reach the war memorial mini roundabout turn right and take the right fork. The hotel car park is the first left turning.
