Historic luxury Manor House in the perfect mountain setting close to the sea. It stands in 9 acres of grounds and gardens pond with ducks and guese paddocks and stables quiet rural location yet only 3 miles from Conwy. All rooms furnished in a delightful period style. Freeview Sky TV video video library teacoffee hot chocolate hair dryer WIFI in the lounge. All our rooms have delightfull views. Minimum booking over weekends is 2 nights. An arrival time would be appreciated. We do not have facilities for arrivals after 11pm. Thank you. Horse riding pets corner cycle hire gym sauna and lots more. Ask about our superb self catering cottages. Minimum stay weekends 2 nights Bank holidays 3 nights but please phone for last minute single nights. In order to provide an ambience of quiet and relaxation we do not cater for children under 5 years old in the Manor but children are more than welcome in our cottages.

Directions to Gwern Borter Manor CONWY

From Conwy take the B5106 for 3 miles turn right at the GROES pub to Rowen exactly 12 mile turn right by the bus stop keep left by the post box we are on the left. If you are coming from Betwy Coed then come up the B5106 until you come to the GROES and turn left to Rowen same directions from then on. We are easy to find if you follow these instructions we are just 34 mile from the main road
