Barn House BandB just five miles east of Bath in the Wiltshire countryside offers accommodation set in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Quietly nestled in the small rural hamlet of Middlehill Barn House is perfectly located for exploring the famous city of Bath as well as getting away from it all and enjoying the surrounding countryside. Built from natural stone it is a single story building dating from 19th Century first converted from a farm building to a dwelling in 1910. It is set in a two acre plot with beautiful gardens and sitting out areas and stunning views of the local area. It is not unusual to spot woodpeckers deer foxes bunnies pheasants and buzzards - the badgers are less likely to be seen but we know they are there!Barn House BandB offers single storey accommodation with just the odd step to negotiate. Our rooms have been designed to give maximum flexibility and the spacious rooms can cater for couples or families.We have one en-suite room and the choice of two other large rooms with either private or shared bathroom. Full English and Continental breakfasts are served in our farmhouse kitchen with the Aga to keep you warm in the winter months. Barn House also offers self catering accommodation for up to 6 people in two bedrooms with a fully fitted eat-in kitchen and private access. Bookings can be made for 3 to 7 day breaks. Longer stays can be negotiated.

Directions to Barn House BB Box

From the village of Box travel east on the A4 towards Bath. After half a mile and passing The Northey public house take the next right signposted ColerneDitteridgeMiddlehill. At the next junction take the sharp left signposted AlcombeShockerwick. Continue on this lane for 500m until you see a road narrows sign; Barn House is on the right side of the road. Courtyard parking to rear.
