By car: M5 south joining the A38 to Torquay sea and harbour. From the harbour clock tower roundabout take the Tor Street road which at the traffic lights becomes Babbacombe Road. From the clock tower the hotel is exactly 1.1 mile on the left hand side. Negotiate through two pedestrian crossings.
