It sleeps 7 (plus cot) and consists of a very spacious self-contained unit occupying the top floor of the property with its own separate entrance. The house is approx 13 mile on right past St Richard's Church on corner of Sefton Avenue.Take A259 from Chichester to outskirts of Bognor Regis.
